I was wondering how the hoodia patch or pill works for wait loss, is there any side effects?

Does Hoodia work? If so are there any examples of how much weight any of you have lost if taken? Last question is it safe to take are there side effects?

if you havent tried lipozene, what have you tried that works? and i know diet and excersize. so dont even try that one. i hear stuff about hoodia, but im not sure about that either.
